2. What is cold pressing, how is it better than regular juice? The process of cold pressing means to extract nectar from raw produce by applying pressure. The produce does not come in contact with heat or air, in turn cold pressing ensures there is less oxidation, more live enzymes, & the juices are richer in nutrients.
3. What can I expect to feel after doing the juice cleanse/program? Feeling of lightness, heightened energy levels, improved immunity, faster metabolism, radiant skin & hair, better digestion,and a spring in your step.

9. Can I do a mix of different programs? Yes.
10. I have a mild headache/nausea while doing the juice program/cleanse, is that normal? Yes. These are common side effects of detoxifying, as long as the condition doesn’t turn acute, there is nothing alarming.
11. Will I have to visit the restroom more often while on the program/cleanse? Yes, perhaps. It is best to have access to a clean facility around you when your on the juice program/cleanse.
12. If I am traveling can I carry the ANTIDOTE juices with me? The juices must be kept cold at all times, especially in the summer. So if you wish to carry them with you, you must do so in an ice pack.
13. What If I was unable to begin the juice program/cleanse on the scheduled start date, can I consume it the next day? The juices remain fresh for a period of 48-72 hours, so yes, you can begin the very next day after the scheduled date.
14. I received a different juice than the one mentioned on the program/cleanse list, what do i do? At times, due to the unavailability of certain ingredients its possible that a juice is replaced by another. This will not interfere with your juice program/cleanse as all our juices are equally nutritious. Do consume the drinks in the order provided.
15. How can I break my juice cleanse? After a juice program/cleanse your intestinal tract is well-washed. Do not load it with processed or spicy foods. Try to stick to plant-based foods which are mild in flavour.
16. Can I workout while on a program/cleanse? Yes, there are no restrictions while you are on the program. However, while doing the cleanse we recommend only medium-strength exercises such as walking, yoga, & pilates.
17. Can I consume alcohol while on the program/cleanse? On the program we suggest you limit your intake to 2 glasses of wine, however, while on the cleanse its best to avoid alcoholic beverages.
18. Can I drink tea & coffee while on the program/cleanse? On the program we suggest you limit your intake to 1 cup, however, while on the cleanse its best to avoid caffeine entirely and instead substitute it with herbal teas.
19. Can my child drink ANTIDOTE juices, are they safe? Yes, unless they are allergic to any of the ingredients. All our drinks are safe to consume for any age group.
20. Can children go on the juice program/cleanse? No.
21. Do I have to refrigerate the juices? Yes. At all times.
