Liquid Until Dinner

On the cleanse you sustain yourself on liquids alone through the day. You can supplement our juices with herbal teas & lots of water. Our juices are to be consumed at intervals of 60-90 minutes and after the last drink (ideally to be had before 7:30pm) you go onto eat a light, high-protein dinner. Our cleanse takes a little more commitment but the transformation that follows is gratifying and addictive.

Doting tip: The “liquid-until-dinner” cleanse can be done once-weekly for easy maintenance.
